Cancellation & Refund Policy
Varshini Palace offers a complete refund (after deducting the transaction fees charged by the Payment Gateway Partner) of the payment for cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to check-in time. If a booking is cancelled, we deduct 2% of the booking amount. Though your booking is confirmed with the hotel, this cannot be treated as a confirmed reservation until Varshini Palace double-checks with the hotel to reconfirm, as these are slot bookings on an hourly basis, and a confirmed booking would depend on the availability of rooms for hourly slots.

Your booking is confirmed with the palace, and for your booking cancellation amount, you will get a Payment Gateway Partner, or else you can directly contact our manager to confirm the refund. Varshini Palace offers a complete refund (After Deducting the transaction Fees charged by Payment Gateway Partner) of the payment for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to check-in time and if a booking is canceled within 72 hours of the booking date/Check-in time then there will be no refunds. In case of no shows or not liking the service after availing them/ checking in, there will be no refunds. *Though your booking is confirmed with the hotel still this cannot be treated as confirmed reservations until Varshini Palace double-check with the hotel to reconfirm and confirmed booking would depend on the availability of rooms. The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-10 working days. However, it may take additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.
